Popeye Moving and Storage was operating on a Wix site that limited their SEO ceiling - slow page speeds, restricted schema, limited service catalog expansion, no proper Local SEO infrastructure. • Migrated Popeye Moving from Wix to Next.js 14 on a new domain with comprehensive 301 redirects preserving all existing SEO equity.
• Expanded service catalog dramatically: local moving, long-distance moving, commercial moving, packing services, storage solutions, piano moving, and specialty moves.
• Built Local SEO infrastructure with neighborhood-specific coverage across LA - Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Downtown LA, West LA, Pasadena, and surrounding markets.
• Implemented full schema markup throughout the new site: LocalBusiness, ProfessionalService, Service, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList.
• Optimized Google Business Profile with proper category selection, service mapping, and photo strategy.
• Set up content infrastructure: blog generation pipeline, autolinking engine, FAQ generation per service and location.

The Outcome
