Refund Policy
Effective: April 28, 2026
Last updated: April 28, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how DM Digital Marketing LLC ("DM Digital," "we," "our," or "us") handles refund requests for our managed local SEO, website, and marketing services. This Policy is part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service. By engaging us or paying an invoice, you agree to this Policy.
1. All Fees Are Non-Refundable
Fees paid to DM Digital are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this Policy. This includes but is not limited to:
- Project-based fees and milestone payments
- Monthly retainer or management fees, whether or not Services were utilized in full during the period
- Fees paid for partial periods due to engagement changes, suspension, or termination
- Fees paid before account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
2. How Cancellation Works
For ongoing engagements, you may cancel by giving thirty (30) days written notice to info@getdmdigital.com:
- We continue to provide Services through the end of the paid period covered by your most recent invoice
- You will not be invoiced for periods beyond the notice window
- No prorated refund is issued for the unused portion of the current paid period
- Hosting and management of any websites we operate for you ends at the conclusion of the paid period unless you elect to downgrade to the Grow Local platform (see our Terms of Service for details)
- Your domain remains yours throughout (you maintain it directly with your registrar)
3. Failed Payments
If a scheduled invoice payment is past due:
- A late fee of up to 1.5% per month may apply on the outstanding balance
- Active Services (SEO, content, hosting management) may be suspended after 14 days past due
- Engagement may be terminated after 30 days past due, with all outstanding balances immediately due
- Service restoration following payment does not entitle you to a refund or credit for the suspended period
4. Promotional Offers and Discounts
From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or referral credits. Specific refund terms for such offers will be stated at the time of the offer. The Section 1 non-refundable rule applies to fees incurred under any promotional terms unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer, bank, or invoicing platform without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate the engagement
- Remove your website from our managed hosting (subject to Section 6 of our Terms of Service)
- Decline future engagements from the same business or affiliated parties
We strongly encourage you to contact us first at info@getdmdigital.com if you have a billing concern. Most issues can be resolved quickly without involving your bank or card issuer.
6. Service Interruptions
Brief service interruptions, planned maintenance, and minor errors are normal and not grounds for a refund. In the event of an extended outage clearly attributable to our infrastructure (and not to a third-party provider, your domain configuration, or external dependencies), we may, at our sole discretion, issue a service credit toward future invoicing. Service credits are not transferable and have no cash value.
7. Refund Requests Outside This Policy
Any request for a refund outside the terms of this Policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method or via the original invoicing channel within 10 business days of approval. We reserve the right to decline any refund request that does not fall within the express terms of this Policy.
8. Statutory Rights
This Policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law in your state or country. Where local law mandates refund rights that exceed the terms of this Policy, those laws will govern to the minimum extent required.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting a notice on our website or by email to active Clients. Continued engagement after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the changes.
