Your Default URL

Every Grow Local website gets a free URL like: your-business.clients.getdmdigital.com. This works perfectly and is fully indexed by Google.

Using Your Own Domain

If you already own a domain (like yourbusiness.com), you can connect it to your Grow Local website.

1. Go to your Settings tab → Domains
2. Enter your domain name (e.g. yourbusiness.com)
3. You'll see DNS instructions - add a CNAME record at your domain registrar pointing to our servers
4. Click Verify - it may take up to 48 hours for DNS to propagate

Don't Own a Domain?

You can purchase one from registrars like Namecheap, Google Domains, or Cloudflare. A .com domain typically costs $10-15/year. Choose something short and easy to remember - ideally your business name.

Do I Need a Custom Domain?

Not necessarily. Your free subdomain works great for SEO and looks professional. A custom domain is mainly for brand consistency - if you have business cards, a truck wrap, or marketing materials with your domain on them.
