How Notifications Work
Every time someone submits your contact form, an email is sent to the business email address in your dashboard. The email includes the customer's name, email, phone, and their message.
Not Receiving Emails?
- Check your spam folder - emails come from noreply@getdmdigital.com
- Add to contacts - add noreply@getdmdigital.com to your contacts to prevent spam filtering
- Verify your email - make sure the email in your Business tab is correct and one you check regularly
- Check your dashboard - even if the email doesn't arrive, every lead is recorded in your Leads tab
Change Notification Email
Go to your Business tab and update your email address. All future notifications will go to the new address.
